Women's Ministry Matching Grant!
I have three bits of news to share with you, our dear supporters, and I will come right out of the gate with the latest that the Lord is doing: the offer of a matching grant for the Women's Ministry of $15,000, which if matched by December 31, 2018 becomes $30,000!! So if you have not yet become a monthly financial supporter, now would be a great time to start. Think: $5 becomes $10, and by 12/31 becomes $40! $25 a month becomes $200! This will truly help the Women's Ministry to grow and meet all the opportunities that are before us.

One major need it will help fill is a ministry assistant for myself. Please meet Jessica Ray! Jessica officially started September 1, and is already proving to be a quick study. She hails from Brownsburg, has been teaching homeschool students for several years, and comes from a ministry family. Welcome Jessica!

National Day of Prayer
We had quite the trip to Washington DC in May for the National Day of Prayer. Sadly we could not take pictures of the prayer service in Statuary Hall in the Capitol, but trust me when I say that it was very moving to see so many leaders on their knees praying to God. We thank the Lord that PSP has been invited to join the National Prayer Committee, so this will become an annual event for us. The unexpected blessings of the trip were: visiting the new Museum of the Bible, a tour of the West Wing, Bible study in the Vice President's office, dinner with Dr. Os Guinness and his wife, Jenny, and bumping into Ravi Zacharias and his wife Margie at a reception. Only God!

Women's Ministry Awareness Tea
In August we held our first Women's Ministry Awareness Tea, hosted by our own Jenny Blankenship and the ladies of her church. It was a great success. It is a wonderful way for you to help us build prayer and support for the PSP Women's Ministry.
Ladies, if the Lord is prompting you to host a similar event in the near future, please contact Jessica or myself here:

Thanking God for all that He has done and is doing, Pam Russell
