Four conferences in five weeks

Keeping You Posted! Fall 2025

Full Fall It has been a full fall with four conferences in five weeks, in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Washington DC, and closer to home, Cicero, Indiana, plus a fast trip to DC to see our Indiana Congressional leaders. How I thank the Lord for the opportunities to teach and to share the vision for ministry to leaders in the political arena, the overlooked mission field. I am excited to report that the Lord has brought on two new laborers for the women’s ministry. Welcome Trisha Voorhis who will assist with shepherding the women of our Capitol Ladies’ Bible study, and Marsha Williamson, who is training to be my exec, and ultimately to become a fully-fledged PSP women’s chaplain. They are currently both drinking from a firehose, and would appreciate your prayers as they acclimate.

As Governor Mike Braun has called for a Special Session to tackle the redistricting assignment, the House and Senate leadership have chosen to move the regular session up one month to accommodate the discussion. Thus the Legislative Session will now begin December 1 st instead of the first week in January. For our legislators, this is quite an interruption in their lives and schedules, especially at the holidays. For us, it means quite a sizable shift in our ministry calendar, too. I know the legislators would appreciate prayer as they readjust. We would appreciate prayers, too, for wisdom as we work to adjust to the new schedule. Some ministry events will likely be postponed this year. I am excited for Session to start as I love the people, the energy, and the opportunities to minister that Session generates.
