Todd Russ is the 20th State Treasurer of Oklahoma. He was elected to a four-year term in 2022. Prior to becoming Treasurer, he served six terms in the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 55 from 2009 to 2022. He has over 30 years of banking experience, including serving as President/CEO of Washita State Bank in Burns Flat. He earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and is a graduate of the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking. He is a fourth-generation resident of Western Oklahoma.
