Douglas Bahr is a judge of the North Dakota Supreme Court. He assumed office on February 1, 2023. His current term ends on December 31, 2026. Bahr is running in a special election for judge of the North Dakota Supreme Court. He declared candidacy for the special primary scheduled on June 9, 2026. Governor Doug Burgum appointed Bahr to the North Dakota Supreme Court effective February 1, 2023.
