Representative Patrick Biggins was first elected to serve in the Connecticut General Assembly on November 5th, 2024. He will serve the 11th house district encompassing East Hartford and Manchester. Representative Biggins is a school counselor at Odyssey Community School in Manchester and was previously a school counselor at Illing Middle School in Manchester. Representative Biggins was proud to be a part of the Board of Education in East Hartford and assisted its students in receiving a high-quality education every day. Rep. Biggins also serves as the President of the East Hartford Men’s Golf Club and enjoys an early morning round at the local course.
