John Carr graduated from Pattonville Senior High School. Carr earned a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1998 and an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 2009. His career experience includes working as a project manager, a substitute teacher, and a financial advisor with Edward Jones.
