Representative Scott Miller, a Republican, represents part of St. Charles County (District 69) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first two-year term in November 2024. Rep. Miller is a 6th-generation, lifelong resident of Missouri and of St. Charles County for the last 20 years. He is a 1989 graduate of Pattonville Senior High School and continued his education, earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Additionally, he has earned a Masters of Telecommunications Management from Washington University, MBA and MS in Strategic Management from Indiana University. Rep. Miller is a proud United States veteran, having served in the United States Army, US Army Reserve, and the Missouri National Guard in Field Artillery and Combat Engineers. Beyond his legislative duties, Rep. Miller is a small business owner, husband, and father. He also enjoys RV camping with family and friends and riding motorcycles around the country. Rep. Miller is passionate about fostering economic growth, supporting small businesses, assuring individual freedom, and ensuring a brighter future for St. Charles County and the entire state of Missouri.
