Charbonneau earned his B.A. from Wabash College, his MBA from Loyola University, and his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law. His professional experience includes working as Director of Government and Community Affairs for the United States Steel Corporation/Marathon Oil and Interim President/CEO of The Methodist Hospitals, Incorporated.
