Delegate Chris Tomlinson was elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in November 2022 and has served since January 11, 2023. Prior to his legislative service, he was a Commissioner for the Carroll County Historic Preservation Commission from 2017 to 2022 and served on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Manchester from 2014 to 2017. He is a member of the North Carroll Business Alliance, the Lineboro-Manchester Lions Club, and Toastmasters International. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Man of the Year Charles Carroll Award from the Maryland GOP and was named their Grassroots Activist of the Year in 2018.
