Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, Jason C. Gallion attended Havre de Grace High School and Harford Community College. He has served as an agricultural specialist and the owner of Hopewell Farm in Level, Maryland. His public service includes involvement with various agricultural and historical boards, as well as extensive volunteer work with the Level Volunteer Fire Company, where he served as Chief and President. He has also served on the finance committee for Smith's Chapel United Methodist Church.
