Kim earned his B.A. from Hamilton College and his M.P.A. from Baruch College. His professional experience includes working as an advocate for the Parkside Group, serving as Regional Director, Government and Community Affairs, for the New York State Governors from 2007-2010 and working as a Policy Analyst for City Council.
