Aaron Pilkington graduated from Fairmont Senior High School in 2009. Pilkington earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Washington & Jefferson College in 2013 and a master's degree in healthcare administration from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2015. His career experience includes working as the vice president of strategic communications with ARcare, a network development specialist with the Arkansas Health Network, and the director of care management of Access Medical Clinics.
