
Cody Hiland is a judge for Position 3 of the Arkansas Supreme Court. He assumed office on January 1, 2025. His current term ends on December 31, 2026. Hiland won re-election for the Position 6 judge of the Arkansas Supreme Court outright after the general election on March 3, 2026, was canceled. On December 20, 2024, Governor of Arkansas Sarah Huckabee Sanders appointed Hiland to the Arkansas Supreme Court Position 3 to replace Courtney Rae Hudson.
