Curtis Tarver II lives in the North Kenwood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. He earned a bachelor of science from Iowa State University in 2003 and his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2006. Tarver's career experience includes working as an assistant to Mayor Richard M. Daley and operating his own law firm. Tarver was appointed to serve on the City of Chicago's Commission for Human Relations.
