Rep. Lett is a Hilliard native and graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School. After studying political science at The Ohio State University, Crystal became a case manager at North Central Mental Health (NCMH), where she became passionate about helping children. Her work became even more personal when her eldest son was diagnosed with a complex genetic disorder. While caring for her son, Rep. Lett dedicated her time to fighting for people dealing with the tribulations of mental illness. Since then, Rep. Lett has managed a psychological practice, become an advocate for mental health policy, and started The Salon Lab—a bipartisan organization that serves as an entry point for women interested in politics.
