Tammy Baldwin is a member of the U.S. Senate from Wisconsin. She assumed office on January 3, 2013. Her current term ends on January 3, 2031. Baldwin ran for re-election to the U.S. Senate to represent Wisconsin. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024. When Baldwin assumed office in 2013, she became the first openly gay member of the United States Senate.
