Mack Butler earned an associate degree in electrical engineering technologies from Gadsden State Community College in 1984. Butler's career experience includes owning Butler Electrical Contractors, LLC. He served as the chairman of the board of the Etowah County Republican Party and as the president of the Etowah County Board of Education.
