Representative Mansell is the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Merit Health Central Hospital, the Vice President for the Clinton Chamber of Commerce, and Treasurer for Main Street Clinton. He sits on the boards for the Hinds Community College Foundation, the Clinton Christian Community Corporation, and the Mississippi Brilla Soccer Ministries. He previously served on the boards for the Mississippi Main Street Association, the Metropolitan YMCAs of Mississippi, and the Mississippi College Alumni as well as the Strategic Planning Committee for Clinton Public Schools and the Clinton Career Complex Advisory Committee. He is affiliated with the Rotary Club of Clinton.
