Mark Murphy is a member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 59. He assumed office on January 21, 2025. His current term ends on December 31, 2026. The Chaves County Commissioners appointed Murphy to the New Mexico House of Representatives District 59 on January 17, 2025, to replace Jared Hembree.
