Mark Murphy is a member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 59. He assumed office on January 21, 2025. His current term ends on December 31, 2026. Murphy ran for re-election to the New Mexico House of Representatives to represent District 59. He will not appear on the ballot for the Republican primary on June 2, 2026. The Chaves County Commissioners appointed Murphy to the New Mexico House of Representatives District 59 on January 17, 2025, to replace Jared Hembree.
