Karl Rhoads is a member of the Hawaii State Senate, representing District 13. He assumed office on November 8, 2016. His current term ends on November 3, 2026. Rhoads served in the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing District 29 from 2006 to 2016. In October 2025, Rhoads announced he would not run for re-election to the Hawaii State Senate District 13 in 2026.
