David Whitaker lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Whitaker served in the U.S. Air Force and reached the rank of staff sergeant. Whitaker earned a B.A. in geography from the University of Mary Washington in 1992 and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas in 1999. His career experience includes working as an attorney and an adjunct faculty member with NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
