
Jeremy Miller is a member of the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 26. He assumed office on January 3, 2023. His current term ends on January 5, 2027. When he was elected in 2010, Miller was the second youngest state senator in Minnesota history. Republican members of the Minnesota State Senate elected Miller to serve as Senate majority leader on September 8, 2021. He served in this role until January 2023. Miller served as state Senate president from 2019 to 2021. At the time, he became the youngest Senate president since that body created the position in 1973. He also served as deputy majority leader from 2017 to 2018. On September 8, 2025, Miller announced he would not run for re-election to the Minnesota State Senate District 26 in 2026.
