Born in Glen Burnie, Maryland in 1976, Mark S. Chang is a risk management consultant. He previously served as a legislative aide to Senator James E. DeGrange, Sr. for District 32 and as a community liaison for the Anne Arundel County Government from 2006 to 2013. He was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2014 and has been a member of the House since 2015.
