Regina T. Boyce was born in Washington, D.C., on August 7, 1976. She graduated from Woodlawn High School in 1994, earned a B.S. in Kinesiology and Psychology from Towson University in 1998, and an MPA from the University of Baltimore in 2014. Her professional career includes roles as a secretary and membership/administrative coordinator at the Johns Hopkins University Department of Athletics & Recreation, a camp administrator at the Elite 300 Soccer Academy, a community liaison and deputy director of neighborhood relations for the City of Baltimore Office of the City Council President, and as director of community services and director of the Adult Learning Center at Strong City Baltimore. She was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2018 and has served as a member of the House since January 9, 2019, representing District 43, and District 43A since January 11, 2023.
