State Representative Steve Toth is a small business owner representing South Montgomery County in the Texas House of Representatives. In the Texas House, Rep. Toth has successfully passed laws addressing county government ethics reform, parental visitation rights at schools, the elimination of Critical Race Theory in the classroom, and access to educational tools for students with dyslexia. Having served on the powerful Appropriations Committee since 2019, Rep. Toth has helped craft three budgets for Texas. In 2023, Rep.
