Carolyn Comitta earned a B.S. in education from West Chester University in 1974 and a master's degree in education from Widener University in 1989. Comitta's career experience includes working as the vice president and chief financial officer of Thomas Comitta Associates, Inc. She served with the National League of Cities and the PA Municipal League.
