Chairman Morgan Meyer is a vocal leader when it comes to fiscal responsibility, education, and keeping our communities safe. First elected in 2014 and now in his sixth term as a State Representative, Morgan is currently serving as the Chair of the Ways & Means Committee. As Chair of Ways & Means during the 2023 legislative session, Chairman Meyer spearheaded the effort to pass the largest tax cut in Texas history. During his time in the legislature, Chairman Meyer has become a go-to leader for laws that protect our children against human trafficking and sex crimes. Upholding conservative principles, he has earned various awards for his leadership on legislative and economic issues.
