Scott Flippo was born and lives in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Flippo graduated from Mountain Home High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas in 2003. Flippo's career experience includes owning SPF Enterprises and Carefree Living. He has been affiliated with the Bull Shoals Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club, the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club, the National Conference of State Legislatures, and the Southern Legislative Conference.
