
Christine M. Durham was an associate justice of the Utah Supreme Court, a position she has held since 1982. Justice Durham was appointed by Democratic Governor Scott Matheson. She was retained in 2014 for a term that was set to expire on January 5, 2025. She retired early in November 2017. Durham became chief justice of the court in 2002. She stepped down as chief justice as of March 31, 2012, though she remained on the court as associate justice.
