Adriane Johnson is a member of the Illinois State Senate, representing District 30. She assumed office on October 11, 2020. Her current term ends on January 13, 2027. Johnson is running for re-election to the Illinois State Senate to represent District 30. She is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2026. She advanced from the Democratic primary on March 17, 2026. Johnson was appointed to the seat on October 11, 2020, following the resignation of former Sen. Terry Link. The Daily Herald reported that Johnson planned to hold the seat through the 2022 election, but did not plan to run for re-election.
