Katie Fire Thunder is a member of the Montana House of Representatives, representing District 59. She assumed office on December 22, 2025. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027. The Montana Gallatin County Commission appointed Fire Thunder to the Montana House of Representatives on December 17, 2025 to replace Ed Stafman.
