Kim Carver lives in Mandeville, Louisiana. Carver earned a B.S. in engineering from Louisiana State University in 1998 and an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans in 2004. His career experience includes working as a sales engineer with Siemens and as senior vice president of human resources at Gulf Coast Bank and Trust Company.
