Born in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1983, Cory V. McCray graduated from Fairmont-Harford High School in 2001. He holds an A.A. in Business Administration from Baltimore City Community College (2013) and a B.A. in Business Administration from the National Labor College (2013). He has served as a member of the Maryland Senate since 2019 and previously served in the House of Delegates from 2015 to 2019. Beyond his legislative service, he has been an electrician and the owner of McCray Properties, LLC, since 2004.
