DeAngelo attended Mercer County Community College and earned a degree in electrical from the Rupert John Trade School in 1991. His professional experience includes working as an assistant business manager with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 269. He served on the Hamilton Township Council from 2002 to 2005.
