Darrell Odom is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, having served since January 13, 2026. He is a retired acting chief of the Prince George's County Fire/EMS Department, serving from 1980 to 2004. Odom served two years in the U.S. Army and retired as a master chief maritime enforcement specialist from the U.S. Coast Guard after 29 years of service, also serving as a Reserve Command Master Chief for the Deployable Operations Group. Prior to his legislative service, he was a member of the Prince George's Democratic Central Committee from 2019 to 2026.
