Jackie Larson

Representative · District 64
Utah

Representative Larson is a wife, mother of two, healthcare professional, and sixth-generation farmer's wife raising the seventh generation in southern Utah County. Her family has farmed in the Leland, Spanish Fork, and Salem area for generations, and agriculture has remained a central part of her life through 4-H, rodeo, and community involvement. Today, she and her husband continue to operate Seven Bar Farming while raising their family in Spanish Fork. Jackie has more than 14 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, specializing in reimbursement compliance, overpayment resolution, audits, and complex insurance issues involving patients, commercial insurers, and government healthcare programs. She also develops and implements operational and compliance policies related to healthcare reimbursement and regulatory requirements. She is deeply passionate about protecting Utah's agricultural heritage, strengthening agricultural economies, and preserving the industries that sustain communities across the state. Jackie has spent years working with farmers and ranchers, irrigation companies, water users, local governments, and public agencies on issues involving agriculture, water rights, infrastructure, land use, transportation planning, environmental review, and long-term resource management. She believes water, agriculture, and infrastructure are inseparably connected to Utah's future. Her work has focused heavily on protecting irrigation systems, agricultural land, water delivery infrastructure, and responsible growth planning to help ensure future generations can continue to farm, ranch, and live in Utah communities. Jackie currently serves in the Utah House of Representatives representing House District 64.
