Jesse T. Pippy was born on August 6, 1982. He is an attorney who was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2018 and has served as a member of the House since January 9, 2019. He has held several leadership roles, including serving as House Minority Whip and as the Chair of the Frederick County Delegation. His public service includes time as the Chair of the Board of License Commissioners for Frederick County and Chairman of the Frederick County Young Republicans. He is a member of the Maryland Veterans Caucus and the Maryland Legislative Latino Caucus, where he served as secretary.
