Rep. Jay DeBoyer is in his second term in the Michigan House and was first elected to serve the 63rd House District in November 2022. The 63rd District encompasses southern St. Clair County and northern Macomb County. Before entering office, Jay spent 12 years as clerk and register of deeds for St. Clair County. He also served as Clay Township’s trustee and supervisor. He has been a small business owner in the area since 1994, with his business specializing in engineered lumber.
