Mark Friese is a judge of the North Dakota Supreme Court. Friese assumed office on March 9, 2026. Friese's current term ends on December 31, 2028. Kelly Armstrong appointed Friese to the North Dakota Supreme Court on February 18, 2026, to replace Daniel Crothers.
