Jon Bumstead is a member of the Michigan State Senate, representing District 32. He assumed office on January 1, 2023. His current term ends on January 1, 2027. Bumstead is a former Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 100 from 2011 to 2017. He did not seek re-election to the Michigan House of Representatives in 2016 due to term limits.
