
Jessica Feldmark was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2018 and has served since January 9, 2019. Her professional background includes serving as a training and special projects manager for Volunteer Maryland from 2000 to 2002, and as a special assistant to the Howard County Council from 2002 to 2006. She subsequently served as a senior advisor to Howard County Executive Ken Ulman from 2006 to 2009, and as his chief of staff and senior advisor from 2009 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, she worked as the county council administrator for Howard County. She is a former AmeriCorps member for the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service and a founding board member of Neighbor Ride.
