Representative Bounds is a member of the MS House Republican Conference, NRA, Wildlife Mississippi, Neshoba County Forestry Assn., Neshoba County Farm Bureau, the Philadelphia-Neshoba County Community Development Partnership and is President of the the Neshoba County Fair Association. Representative Bounds also serves on the National Association of Sportsmen's Caucus Executive Council and serves as Chair of the Mississippi Legislative Sportsmen's Caucus.
