John McKeon is a member of the New Jersey State Senate, representing District 27. He assumed office on January 9, 2024. His current term ends on January 11, 2028. He did not appear on the ballot for the general election on November 7, 2023. McKeon served as a deputy speaker of the Assembly from 2010 to 2011, majority whip from 2008 to 2009, assistant majority leader from 2006 to 2007, and assistant majority whip from 2004 to 2005.
