Eloise Gomez Reyes graduated from Colton High School. Reyes earned an A.A. in liberal studies from San Bernardino Valley College in 1976, a bachelor's in public administration in 1978, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1981. Her career experience includes working as an attorney in private practice.
