Born in Essex, Maryland, Robin L. Grammer, Jr. attended Eastern Technical High School and the Community College of Baltimore County (Essex), where he earned an A.A. in Computer Science. He was first elected to the Maryland House of Delegates in 2014 and has been a member since 2015. He is a member of the State Advisory Board for Juvenile Services and the House Freedom Caucus.
