Born in Hagerstown, Maryland, November 22, 1983. He graduated from North Hagerstown High School in 2001 and Hagerstown Community College in 2003. He later earned a B.S. in Computer Networks and Cyber Security from the University of Maryland in 2021. He has served as a Computer Network Specialist for the Washington County Department of Social Services, a Security Administrator for First Data Corporation, a Network Administrator for Middletown Valley Bank, an Information Technology Manager for the National Capital Bank of Washington, and a Systems Administrator for Leidos. Since 2022, he has served as the Vice President-IT & Cyber Security Manager at the National Capital Bank of Washington. He served as a City Council Member for the City of Hagerstown from 2023 to 2024.
