Douglas M. Fasciale is a judge of the New Jersey Supreme Court. He assumed office on October 21, 2022. His current term ends on October 21, 2029. Fasciale was appointed to the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division in June 2010 and sworn in on August 1, 2010. Chief Justice Stuart Rabner appointed him to the New Jersey Supreme Court on a temporary basis on August 15, 2022. Fasciale was appointed to the Supreme Court on a permanent basis by Gov. Phil Murphy on September 14, 2022. He was confirmed by the New Jersey State Senate on October 17, 2022.
