Phil Hart is a structural engineer and published author. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Remington Water District and served in the House of Representatives from 2004 to 2012. He is a member of the American Legislative Exchange Council, Gun Owners of America, the National Rifle Association, and the Wharton Alumni Association.
