John Braun served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Navy Reserve for a total of 31 years. He earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Washington in 1989 and an M.S. in manufacturing engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1999. His career experience includes serving as the president of Braun Northwest, an emergency vehicle manufacturer.
