Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Mark N. Fisher holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Economics from George Washington University. He is the Managing Member of Telecom Capital Group LLC and the founder of the Gray's Field Foundation. Fisher has served as a coach for the Calvert Soccer Association and serves on the Board of Governors for the Calvert Marine Museum and the Board of Directors for the Calverton School.
